Where and how you can work

This role is based in the Philippines. Youll work closely with local and regional leaders with flexibility in how and where you work day to day. We trust our Canvanauts to choose the setup that helps them do their best work.

What youd be doing in this role

Canva has been part of the Philippines for over a decade with a passionate and fast-growing community of users. As we enter our next phase of growth were shifting focus from pure user growth to meaningful monetisation and revenue expansion.

As Head of Growth for the Philippines youll own Canvas user and monetisation strategy in one of our most important Southeast Asian markets. This is a senior leadership role focused on scaling adoption driving monetisation and unlocking new growth opportunities across consumer creator education SMB enterprise and public sector segments.

At the moment this role is focused on:

• Owning the Philippines growth strategy across user acquisition engagement and monetisation aligned with regional and global priorities

• Driving the shift from MAU-led success to sustainable revenue growth and commercial impact

• Developing and executing growth plays across key segments including creators educators SMBs enterprises and government

• Partnering closely with Marketing Sales Product Content and Partnerships to optimise pricing packaging localisation and go-to-market strategies

• Acting as a senior growth leader in-market representing Canva in growth-driven partnerships ecosystem conversations and commercial opportunities

• Using deep local market insight to influence global product growth and commercial strategy

• Leading and developing senior growth leaders and teams fostering high performance clarity and momentum through change

Youre probably a match if

• You have 10 years of leadership experience in growth commercial or general management roles within consumer tech SaaS or digital platforms

• Youve successfully launched scaled and monetised products in the Philippines ideally through a period of market or business model transition

• You bring strong commercial and P&L acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth at scale

• You deeply understand Filipino users and customers across consumer education and business segments

• Youre comfortable operating in ambiguity and enjoy building clarity direction and momentum

• Youre a collaborative low-ego leader who influences effectively across a global organisation

• Youre genuinely excited by Canvas mission and values

About the team

Youll sit within Canvas International group working cross-functionally with Growth Marketing Sales Product Content Finance and Strategy. Together were focused on building locally resonant globally scalable growth across Canvas most important markets.
