As the Office Administrator (Receptionist) you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Taipei office. Youll provide facilities that reflect and support a professional work environment while fostering a cohesive and collaborative team culture across all staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Reception Service: Act as the first point of contact for visitors ensuring a consistently professional and positive impression.
- Facilities & Office Management: Oversee office leases maintenance cleaning supplies furniture and etc. Ensure OH&S compliance and manage catering events and travel arrangements.
- IT & Communications Coordination: Coordinate the procurement and management of IT hardware software networks and telephone systems liaising with support services as needed.
- Financial Administration: Process office expenditures support banking routines and etc.
- HR Support: Facilitate onboarding and departure processes training support and etc.
- Business operation team support: Provide administrative support to project teams including bid preparation and business generation activities.
- Leadership Support: Maintain calendars for core activities (invoicing timesheet cut-off) key meetings (Town Hall B2B YPF).

- 人力資源支持協助員工到職與離職流程培訓支援等事務
- 業務團隊支持為專案團隊提供行政支援包含投標準備與業務開發活動等
- 管理團隊支持維護核心作業如發票處理等與重要會議如全員大會B2B會議等的行程安排
Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of experience in administration or office management.
- Experience in bid support operations or business development is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
