Key Responsibilities :

• Space Planning & Crossfunctional Coordination : Plan office seating layouts zoning and traffic flow and coordinate with departments to align seating and space needs.
• Workplace Experience Support : Design office spaces that enhance collaboration interaction and overall employee experience including meeting rooms and shared areas.
• Office Expansion & Renovation Project Management : Lead office expansion renovation and relocation initiatives including planning coordination resource alignment and onsite execution to ensure seamless delivery.
• Longterm Space Strategy : Work with PMO team to analyze organizational growth and seating forecasts to develop flexible and costefficient longterm space strategies.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with leadership Facility SMAI and other key partners to ensure space plans align with company strategies.
• Continuous Improvement : Review and improve workflows processes and spaceusage efficiency and introduce digital or intelligent tools to enhance efficiency standardization and automation.
