Position: Ground Staff & Air Ticketing
Full-time a leading Airport is seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ground Staff & Air Ticketing professionals. This is a full-time position with excellent growth opportunities and a competitive salary package.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter boarding gate and arrival hall
Check tickets verify passenger information and issue boarding passes
Handle and process baggage including tagging loading and unloading
Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or complaints
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
Coordinate with other airport staff including pilots cabin crew and ground crew
Assist with aircraft cleaning and restocking of supplies
Handle flight reservations changes and cancellations
Process payments and issue tickets
Keep accurate records of passenger data and flight information
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Follow all safety and security protocols including emergency procedures Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy baggage
Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
Team player with a positive attitude
