Job Summary

REQUIREMENTS:

Total experience: 5.5 years
Should have experience in configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules for large organizations ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance.
Should be able to collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs conduct workshops and design solutions tailored to their requirements.
Should be able to configure and customize SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules including benefits programs eligibility rules enrollment processes and integrations with third-party vendors.
Should be able to develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate global benefits configurations ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Should be able to provide expertise and guidance on global benefits best practices processes and regulations to clients and project teams.
Should be able to conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate the adoption and operation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits solutions.
Should be able to work closely with cross-functional teams including HR Finance IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems.
Should be able to provide ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors Global Benefits configurations including troubleshooting issues resolving defects and implementing enhancements.
Should be able to do document configuration changes test results and support procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Must stay informed about SuccessFactors updates enhancements and best practices and proactively recommend improvements to optimize benefits administration processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements and being able to define technologies patterns and frameworks to realize it.
Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
Enabling application development by coordinating requirements schedules and activities.
Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
Creating understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task and being able to justify it.
Addressing issues promptly responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
