Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to source actively engage and convert prospects into clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads following up on enquiries conducting client consultations and closing property and mortgage-related deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls messages referrals and digital leads
Follow up on inbound leads promptly and maintain consistent communication with prospects
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties services or financing options
Schedule and attend property inspections (physical or virtual)
Negotiate deals and support clients through the closing process
Update and manage leads tasks and activities accurately in the CRM system
Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets
Collaborate with marketing operations and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (real estate or service-based sales is an advantage)
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to close deals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms
OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
