What Youll Do

  • Supervise day-to-day clinic operations and staff.

  • Ensure exceptional patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Drive initiatives to improve patient experience service and access.

  • Partner with leadership on budgeting revenue cycle and financial performance.

  • Lead training and performance management for assigned staff.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience:

    • Two or more years of experience in a clinic or healthcare environment required.

    • At least 1 year in a leadership role.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in healthcare or business preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Strong financial and budgeting knowledge.

    • Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to lead with integrity empathy and professionalism.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems.

Preferred Knowledge

  • Government and reimbursement regulations HIPAA guidelines.

  • Experience preparing and interpreting reports and spreadsheets.

Shift:

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
