Job Description:
The Vice-President Finance Strategic Planning and Performance Management TD Securities (TDS) reports to Executive Vice-President Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer TD Securities. The role is instrumental in driving the TD Securities (TDS) strategy function that is responsible for leading the strategic planning process including shaping the short- and medium-term ambition and priorities for the wholesale bank.
Vice Presidents (VP) at TD Bank Financial Group are strategic responsible and accountable members of the Banks executive leadership team. Collectively these roles contribute significantly to the overall reputation of TD as an excellent investment a highly customer focused organization a top employer and an exemplary corporate citizen. The Vice-President Finance Strategic Planning and Performance Management oversees a team that provides strategic guidance to the TDS business segment supporting short- medium- and long-term growth objectives for the dealer. This role manages the strategic planning process and performance to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and risk parameters.
