Job Summary

Deliverables:

Design and develop solution for PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure service based on OIAM 12C technology. Research new service releases from the vendor and recommend/implement patches to keep PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure in the compliance with OPS security requirements.
Serve as the technical lead across many areas including Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Azure Active Directory providing a depth of expertise unique within the team.
Research OIAM 12C new features to develop solutions for program area applications to integrate with OPS/BPS Secure in an optimized fashion. Review program area business flows and requirements to advise on technical solutions.
Conduct a technical gap analysis on OIAM 12C out of box offerings. Propose enhancement designs for workflow configurations.
Design and support proofs-of-concept (POCs) to explore and utilize OIAM 12C features to fulfill requirements from the program area on various hosting platforms.
Perform POCs of the options for remediating risk and improving the stability and performance of PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure.
Provide regular communication and status updates to the Manager or Project Manager.

Requirements

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

Must Haves:

10 years experience sustaining (e.g. administration operations support patching monitoring starting/ stopping) commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) based identity and access management systems.
At least 4 years experience must be related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus. Experience with OIAM 12C is preferred.
10 years experience triaging analysing diagnosing (i.e. troubleshooting) evaluating options and resolving application problems especially those related to identity and access management systems and the above technologies.
10 years experience with quality control and assurance methodologies and practices as applied to the implementation of applications with over 10000 users.
Experience with Change Management and Release Management as processes supporting the implementation of large applications.

Skill Set Requirements:

Sustainment of Large Identity Systems:

10 years experience sustaining (e.g. administration operations support patching monitoring starting/ stopping) commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) based identity and access management systems.
At least 4 years experience must be related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus. Experience with OIAM 12C is preferred.
At least 4 years experience must be related to implementations with over 10000 registered users.
3 years experience with the Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations.
2 years of experience with Nagios and other system monitoring tools (e.g. Big Brother).
Knowledge and understanding of IT security technologies particularly encryption and authentication technologies such as public key infrastructure (PKI) privilege management infrastructure (PMI) and secure sockets layer (SSL).

Sustainment of Large Application Implementations:

10 years experience designing developing deploying and sustaining large application implementations based on the following technology products: Oracle Fusion Middleware Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite OHS Tomcat Windows Internet Information Server (IIS) IBM HTTP Server Apache IBM WebSphere Oracle database 19c Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition Solaris Windows AIX and Linux.
Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes such as Service Level Management Problem Management Change Management Release Management and Capacity Management.

Incident and Problem Management:

10 years experience triaging analysing diagnosing (i.e. troubleshooting) evaluating options and resolving application problems especially those related to identity and access management systems and the above technologies.
Experience with decision making processes.

Quality Assurance:

10 years experience with quality control and assurance methodologies and practices as applied to the implementation of applications with over 10000 users.
Experience with Change Management and Release Management as processes supporting the implementation of large applications.
Experience with automated testing tools such as Team Foundation Server (TFS).
3 years experience with the Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations or its predecessors (e.g. Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)) or equivalents.
