Job Summary

Role Descriptions:

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and developers ensuring adherence to best and implement QA strategies including test plans automation frameworks and performance testing.
Develop and optimize SQL queries stored procedures and data validation scripts for large-scale banking with business analysts and product owners to understand banking-specific requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with Canadian banking regulations security standards and internal guidelines.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes tools and methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across QA and database layers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and deployment.
