- Following the route and timetable for departures and stops.
- Regularly inspecting car safety features such as tires brakes turn signals mechanical equipment and so on.
- Fuel consumption mileage and passenger numbers are all monitored and reported.
- Delays accidents and emergencies must be reported.
- Responding to emergencies and non-emergencies.
- Before and after each travel properly inspect the vehicle.
- When necessary assist with bus loading and unloading.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- CDL license required/ The Federal Railroad Administration has certified you as a train conductor (FRA).
- Clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a bus driver. / Proven experience working as a train conductor.
- Working knowledge of first aid procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination and hearing.
