Training Manager is responsible for designing delivering and monitoring training programs for agency partners (agents/advisors) to improve productivity sales capability and compliance within a specific region.
Key Responsibilities 1. Training Delivery - Conduct induction training for new agents
- Deliver ongoing training on products sales skills and processes
- Facilitate classroom virtual and on-the-job training sessions
2. Content & Curriculum Management - Customize training modules based on regional needs
- Ensure alignment with company training frameworks
- Update training materials as per product/process changes
3. Agency Channel Development - Support Agency Managers and Sales Managers in capability building
- Coach agents on sales pitch objection handling and closing techniques
- Drive activation and productivity of agents
4. Performance Monitoring - Track training effectiveness using KPIs (conversion ratio agent productivity etc.)
- Analyze gaps and recommend interventions
- Maintain training MIS and reports
5. Stakeholder Management - Coordinate with sales leadership for training needs
- Partner with HR and L&D teams
- Support business targets through capability development initiatives
