BAYADA is launching a new school-based ABA program in Wall NJ and were seeking full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about supporting students in a public school setting. This is a unique opportunity to help build shape and grow a program from the ground upwhile working for a mission-driven non-profit organization that truly puts clinicians first.

Position Details

  • Location: Wall NJ (school-based services)

  • Schedule: Full-Time

  • Setting: Public school environment

What Youll Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments

  • Develop implement and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Provide ongoing supervision mentorship and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

  • Collaborate with school staff families and interdisciplinary teams

  • Lead group supervision and professional development sessions

  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards

  • Promote a culture rooted in compassion excellence and reliability

What Were Looking For

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB

  • New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain prior to start

  • Experience in pediatric and/or school-based ABA settings preferred

  • Strong communication organization and documentation skills

  • Comfort with technology and data-driven decision-making

  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment

  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and high-quality clinical care
