BAYADA is launching a new school-based ABA program in Wall NJ and were seeking full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about supporting students in a public school setting. This is a unique opportunity to help build shape and grow a program from the ground upwhile working for a mission-driven non-profit organization that truly puts clinicians first.

Location: Wall NJ (school-based services)
Schedule: Full-Time
Setting: Public school environment
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
Develop implement and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
Provide ongoing supervision mentorship and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Collaborate with school staff families and interdisciplinary teams
Lead group supervision and professional development sessions
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards
Promote a culture rooted in compassion excellence and reliability
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain prior to start
Experience in pediatric and/or school-based ABA settings preferred
Strong communication organization and documentation skills
Comfort with technology and data-driven decision-making
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and high-quality clinical care
Total compensation up to $82000$103000 including incentives
Sign-on bonus up to $7000
Student loan repayment assistance up to $5000
