Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Perform quality assurance testing on software applications and systems to ensure functionality performance and user experience meet established standards.
Create test plans test cases and test scripts to effectively test software applications.
Identify document and track software defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Conduct regression testing load testing and compatibility testing to ensure software applications perform reliably across different platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements provide feedback on design and ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Document testing processes results and findings for future reference and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in quality assurance testing methodologies tools and techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Experience:

Experience in healthcare software testing is a plus.
Must be located in USA
Proficiency in automated testing tools and technologies.
Familiarity with Agile development processes.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $125000 - $130000 per year
