Duties/Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant include but not limited to:
Answer phones manage emails and direct inquiries.
Accurate data entry for payroll hours maintaining candidate records.
Prepare format and distribute documents correspondence and reports.
Order supplies manage filing systems (digital/physical) and maintain office organization.
Back up support on admin projects as needed
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Strong organizational & time management.
Excellent communication (written/verbal).
Detail-oriented & accurate.
Proficiency with MS Office/MS Office 365 Suite
Positive can-do attitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
