Job Title: Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
A Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness customer engagement and sales growth across F&B products or outlets. This role combines brand management campaign planning digital marketing and market analysis with a strong focus on consumer trends and competitive positioning in the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning
Plan and execute product launches promotions and seasonal campaigns
Manage brand identity across all channels (digital print in-store packaging events)
Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media content email and paid advertising
Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with sales operations and product development teams
Manage marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns
Coordinate with agencies designers influencers and media partners
Ensure compliance with food labeling advertising and regulatory standards
Monitor performance metrics and prepare marketing reports for management
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing Business Administration Communications Media or any related field.
5-8 years professional experience in food and beverage marketing but not required.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of traditional and digital marketing tactics in the food and beverage industry.
Develop skills in project management budget management vendor negotiation marketing and communication.
Possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients vendors and team members.
Strong project management skills including the ability to multi-task and translate creative ideas into action with a clear ROI.
Gain experience in all aspects of event planning from concept development to execution including logistics budgeting and vendor management.
Understand how to market events and attract attendees through various channels.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills including the ability to write a marketing plan that communicates high-level strategy and actionable tactics.
Team player willing to do anything to get the job done.
Must be able to work in a (very) fast-paced environment multi-task and prioritize and collaborate closely with multiple business units.
