Job Summary

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness customer engagement and sales growth across F&B products or outlets. This role combines brand management campaign planning digital marketing and market analysis with a strong focus on consumer trends and competitive positioning in the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning

  • Plan and execute product launches promotions and seasonal campaigns

  • Manage brand identity across all channels (digital print in-store packaging events)

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media content email and paid advertising

  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior trends and competitor activity

  • Collaborate with sales operations and product development teams

  • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns

  • Coordinate with agencies designers influencers and media partners

  • Ensure compliance with food labeling advertising and regulatory standards

  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare marketing reports for management


Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing Business Administration Communications Media or any related field.

  • 5-8 years professional experience in food and beverage marketing but not required.

  • The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of traditional and digital marketing tactics in the food and beverage industry.

  • Develop skills in project management budget management vendor negotiation marketing and communication.

  • Possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients vendors and team members.

  • Strong project management skills including the ability to multi-task and translate creative ideas into action with a clear ROI.

  • Gain experience in all aspects of event planning from concept development to execution including logistics budgeting and vendor management.

  • Understand how to market events and attract attendees through various channels.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills including the ability to write a marketing plan that communicates high-level strategy and actionable tactics.

  • Team player willing to do anything to get the job done.

  • Must be able to work in a (very) fast-paced environment multi-task and prioritize and collaborate closely with multiple business units.
