JOB SUMMARY:
Were looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator to support founder-led marketing and assist with recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
This is a hands-on execution-focused role suited to someone who enjoys creating content learning across channels and working closely with senior marketers. Youll help bring ideas to life support campaigns and build strong foundations across founder brand and recruitment marketing - with guidance structure and room to grow.
While the role has exposure to founder-led channels and recruitment marketing it will also support corporate marketing initiatives where required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Founder-led marketing & personal brand support
Assist with content creation and execution for founder-led social channels
Support content planning scheduling and publishing across platforms
Help with filming coordination content capture and basic production workflows
Edit and publish short-form video and social content
Maintain content calendars and assist with campaign execution
Monitor basic performance metrics and support reporting
Help ensure brand tone and consistency across founder content
2. Recruitment marketing & employer brand support
Assist with recruitment marketing content and campaigns aligned to hiring needs
Support the development of employer brand content (social posts assets stories)
Create and adapt content to support candidate attraction and engagement
Help maintain recruitment marketing foundations across social and digital channels
Support internal careers messaging and employer brand initiatives
Assist with tracking and reporting on recruitment marketing activity
3. Social media & campaign support
Plan create schedule and publish content across social platforms
Support organic and campaign-based marketing activity
Assist with performance reporting and optimisation insights
4. Content creation: design video & creative
Create basic creative assets for social recruitment campaigns and events
Edit short-form video optimised for social platforms
Ensure creative aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practice
5. Internal careers events & employer brand activity
Support promotion and content for internal careers and recruitment events
Assist with event-related assets and communications
Help with post-event follow-up content and engagement
6. CRM digital & web support
Assist with CRM hygiene and basic data management
Support reporting on recruitment marketing performance
Make simple website/CMS updates as required
Assist with basic SEO tasks such as keyword updates and on-page improvements
Role focus & development
Primary focus: Supporting founder-led marketing execution
Growth area: Recruitment marketing & employer brand foundations
Additional exposure: Corporate marketing support as needed
This role is designed to grow as your skills develop with opportunities to take on more responsibility over time.
Requirements
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential
1-3 years experience in a marketing communications or content role (or relevant internship/portfolio)
Basic experience with social media planning scheduling and reporting
Ability to create content across formats (static carousel basic video)
Design skills using tools such as Canva (Adobe a plus not required)
Basic video editing skills for social platforms (e.g. CapCut Premiere Rush similar)
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Organised reliable and eager to learn
Preferred
Exposure to recruitment marketing employer branding or talent-related content
Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing tools
Basic understanding of SEO and confidence making simple website updates
Experience using social scheduling or analytics tools

At least 3 years experience in Digital Marketing Intermediate Word and Excel skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications Experienced in Web Development and Designing Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines CRM & Email Marketing: Intermediate to advanced skills in Zoho (or similar). Were keen on leveraging this platform even more. WordPress Publishing: Whilst the primary responsibility is publishing articles and blogs development capability would be an advantage. Design: Intermediate skills in Canva. Social Media: Beginner to intermediate skills. Our focus is on promoting our great work rather than being overly complex. SEO: While we use an external firm for SEO youll need to understand how to execute on their instructions and publish according to their guidelines. Analytics and Reporting: Monthly reporting of the success of our marketing efforts across all channels.
