- Build and manage strong business relationships with accounts through regular engagements with the relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and lead business reviews with accounts
- Pitch different products services and other commercial initiatives and negotiate contracts terms & conditions
- Collaborate very closely with teams from other departments to assist in delivering excellent end-to-end merchant service delivery & response to market trends & needs.
- Resolve any issues and problems of your merchants and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in any field
- Preferably at least 3-5 years of sales and account management experience in the FMCG or e-Commerce industry.
- Great interpersonal communication and strong negotiation skills
- Showcases passion and leadership. Team player and self motivated.
- Strong organizational & analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment.
