Job Summary:
The Customer Experience Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional in-store customer service ensuring a positive shopping experience and building strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and understand their needs
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Handle customer queries complaints and feedback professionally
- Maintain store appearance visual merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth store functioning
- Process billing returns and exchanges as per company policies
- Capture customer details and feedback for CRM purposes
- Achieve individual and store-level service and experience targets
Eligibility & Skills:
- Graduate Mandatory
- 17 years of experience in retail customer service or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office
- Ability to work in shifts weekends and holidays
CTC / Salary:
As per industry standards and experience
