Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement
Analyze existing finance processes (R2R P2P O2C FA MIS compliance) to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and control gaps.
Standardize SOPs process maps and documentation across finance operations.
Take ownership of ITGC/ITAC audits from finance
Support DGM Finance in preparing various presentations reports and MISC
work
Automation & Digital Enablement
Identify automation opportunities using RPA macros workflow tools and ERP features.
Work closely with IT vendors and internal teams to develop and deploy automation solutions.
Develop and maintain Excel-based automation dashboards and reporting tools.
Support ERP enhancements system integrations and finance digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure automation solutions comply with internal controls and audit
