We are looking for a qualified Marketing and Events Coordinator that will be responsible for all branding website marketing materials company events and industry events. This position is in-person located in our Salt Lake City Utah office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand: Annually updates our brand guidelines and branded template Microsoft suite tools. Create printed materials (pamphlets trifolds etc.) banners and stands.
- Website: manage update and maintain our website to be modern and cutting edge with past work dynamic pages and proposal sites. Ensure leadership bios are correct. Schedule headshots for key leaders and photos for construction projects.
- Social Media: Manage content for our company LinkedIn Facebook Instagram and YouTube. Engage with our customers social media and online presence.
- Company Store: Manage our company store orders and inventory collaborate with leadership on branded apparel for sales teams. Design and order gifts for our customers for the holidays and special occasions.
- Industry Events: Coordinate company presence at industry events including booking the event designing our booth and attending with sales leadership.
- Company Events: Executive our companys summer and holiday parties. Book venues manage invitations and handle day-of logistics.
- Company Culture: Support the employee ownership committee create posters to put around the office order new hire apparel and giveaways coordinate and order tenure gifts.
- SE Employee Owners App: Maintain our employee app post content and identify ways to improve the app. Communicate company announcements to employees.
- All other tasks and duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Marketing Communications or similar degree and/or 3-4 years of equivalent experience
- Design: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop) for brochures trifolds banners and stands; familiarity with Microsoft 365 templates (PowerPoint Word) for branded material; experience in Canva for quicker projects.
- Web/CMS: Experience maintaining a corporate website (Wix SquareSpace WordPress or similar CMS) including content updates image handling basic layout and plugin/theme hygiene.
- Social Media: Managing LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram company pagescontent planning posting cadence engagement and basic analytics/UTM tracking.
- Project & Asset Management: Comfortable with shared drives/SharePoint task lists/run-of-show plans vendor quotes and PO coordination for apparel swag and gifts.
- Photo Coordination: Ability to schedule and coordinate headshots and job site photos and project photography; light photo editing/cropping for web/social. Self-performed photography skills are a plus.
- Event production: Experience with booth design coordination venue contracting invitations/RSVPs and day of run sheet execution.
- Writing & editing: Clear copywriting for web pages social posts invites and internal app announcements; strong attention to brand voice and proofing.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to organize a project and manage multiple priorities independently.
