Food & Beverage Attendant | Naumi Wellington

Naumi Wellington consists of two hotels in one location in the heart of Cuba Street. We are seeking two Part-time (minimum 25 hours per week) Food & Beverage Attendants who provide high-quality service in the restaurant and bar as well as assisting with set-up and service for any conferencing and social events that take place at the hotel.

What you will be doing

• Delivering top-notch customer service and anticipating guests needs to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere
• Taking orders serving food and beverages and providing recommendations on menu items
• Assist in setting up conferences and events spaces
• Ensuring the dining area is immaculate tables are properly set and all aspects of service meet our high standards
• Working closely with team to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience
• Following all hotel policies procedures and safety guidelines to maintain the quality of service

Ideally you will be

• Preferably have prior experience in Food & Beverage roles
• A fast learner
• Flexible with hours and working on weekends
• Able to engage with team members and customers easily
• Cheerful playful with a great sense of humor
• Keen to get stuck in and help where ever needed
