Translink Infra Consulting is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our dedicated Business Development team in Ahmedabad. This full-time on-site position provides a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our construction projects and initiatives.
As a Business Development Associate you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities building relationships with clients and supporting our strategic goals. Youll work closely with various stakeholders to enhance our market presence and drive the success of our projects.
We offer a competitive salary range of $25000 - $30000 monthly along with a collaborative work environment that encourages professional development and career growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
- Assist in the development of proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility
- Support project teams in achieving business objectives
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our services
Requirements
- Masterss degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in the construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with construction industry trends and practices is a plus
