Brandt is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Settlements Administratorto join our Settlements & Rental team. Reporting to the Settlements & Rental Manager this position is responsible for the administration and invoicing of equipment sales including account reconciliations and special reports.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Validate costs associated with deals prior to invoicing.
Analyse deal to maximise sales programs and conform to suppliers requirements.
Processing and invoicing sales deals in Brandt computer system.
Complete associated Supplier transactions for the sales deals.
Receipting of trades into inventory.
Preparing and posting journal entries associated with invoicing.
Monthly/Weekly reconciliations of various sales related GL accounts and reports.
Prioritise tasks with assistance from supervisor
