Sporting the dual crown of Australias oldest dairy and Australias most innovative dairy Brownes Dairy has a permanent full-time opportunity within our Finance team as a Pricing and Master Data Administrator.

The Role

As a Pricing and Master Data Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring that our relationships with our customers are always smooth sailing in the integral process of Pricing Data by ensuring pricing information available to our internal teams and external customers is correct at all times.
Role Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to capture data required to enter new vendors onto ourFinance system (JDE Oracle)
  • Ensure data is entered in a timely and efficient manager to ensure payment is made correctly and on time
  • Conduct regular audits of data to ensure the data within our system is up to date
  • Provide guidance to other team members in the use of JDE Oracle
  • Identifying and implementing any continuous improvement opportunities relating to the PricingAdministrative process
Requirements:
  • Experience in an office-based role in a data driven environment is preferred
  • Experience using JDE Oracle E1 will be highly regarded
  • An understanding and experience in using Microsoft Suite
