Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Theatrical Marketing team in Sydney. Reporting to the Head of Theatrical Marketing (Australia NZ & Asia) this role will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for film releases ensuring smooth campaign implementation and cross-functional coordination for Australia and New Zealand.
Key job responsibilities
Creative Coordination & Trafficking
Manage print and AV campaign localisation processes
Oversee creative approvals clearances and delivery
Coordinate digital and offline campaign trafficking
Maintain relationships with media partners
Manage internal tracking tools and dashboards
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with Marketing and Content Managers to ensure campaign alignment
Support marketing initiatives events and activations
Track and process marketing budgets and purchase orders
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners (locally and with international teams)
Analysis & Reporting
Prepare and maintain marketing reports and presentations
Conduct competitive analysis and market research
Track campaign performance metrics
Compile and distribute campaign insights
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project management
- Previous experience in entertainment industry or media/advertising/creative agency
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
- Understanding of entertainment media and digital landscape
- Knowledge of marketing budget management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Interest in media movies and entertainment
- Bachelors degree in marketing advertising business or equivalent
