Dysons is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to play a key role in supporting HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Business Partnering team this is a hands-on generalist role that supports recruitment and onboarding HR systems administration compliance reporting and training coordination.
You will be a central point of contact for frontline leaders and employees providing day-to-day HR support while helping deliver key people initiatives across the business.

- Support frontline leaders with routine HR matters including the preparation of standard correspondence escalating more complex matters to the HR Business Partnering team
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities including coordinating groupinterviews driver assessments and pre-employment medicals for high-volume recruitment
- Coordinatetraining and development activities and support the delivery of HR programs
- Maintain employee compliance documentation/licencingand support the preparation of monthly reporting
- Maintain accurate employee records and lifecycle documentation in the HRIS

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Experience in HR administration coordination or generalist support
- Demonstrated experience supporting recruitment onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationshipsand provide exceptional customer service
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
