Job Summary
2026 is set to be a defining year for Grilld! With more restaurant openings an expanding Drive Thru footprint and deeper community engagement were entering an exciting new chapter of growth.
To support that momentum were looking for a Local Area Marketing Specialist who understands how to build meaningful local presence and bring our brand to life in every neighbourhood we serve.
This role goes beyond campaign execution. Its about shaping local marketing strategies that support our restaurants strengthen community connections and ensure every opening and initiative lands with impact.
Working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager youll collaborate with Operations Sales Creative and Digital teams to deliver thoughtful scalable local marketing across 175 restaurants nationwide.
What Youll Be Doing
Drive Restaurant Growth
- Develop and execute Local Area Marketing strategies that increase traffic sales and brand presence
- Identify local opportunities that unlock commercial growth
- Monitor performance and continuously optimise activity based on results
Support New Openings & Key Milestones
- Lead marketing support for new restaurant openings and refurbishments
- Coordinate launch plans and local activations
- Review performance post-launch and implement learnings
Equip Our Restaurants for Success
- Own and evolve the Local Area Marketing toolkit
- Provide practical tools templates and assets for local execution
- Support restaurant teams with guidance training and clear communication
Deliver Campaigns & Partnerships
- Localise national campaigns to maximise community impact
- Develop and execute targeted growth initiatives across key segments
- Identify and manage local partnerships that strengthen brand presence
Collaborate Across the Business
- Partner closely with Operations Sales and Marketing teams
- Build strong relationships with Regional leaders and restaurant teams
- Ensure marketing activity is aligned efficient and commercially focused

What Youll Bring
- 3 years marketing experience (retail or hospitality preferred)
- Experience delivering growth-driving Local Area Marketing campaigns
- Strong commercial mindset and bring passion to your work
- Confident stakeholder management across different functions
- Ability to move between strategy and execution seamlessly
- Highly organised proactive and results-driven
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or similar desired but not mandatory
