Job Description
The foundation of Redgert Comms operations and this role in particular lies in securing strategic sales that drive the expansion of our existing services and open new business areas. As Global Commercial Manager you will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Our goal is to become the leading agency for companies seeking growth - be this through incorporation into new media formats of our own bold activations or brand collaborations forward-thinking digital strategies or PR.
This is a cross-functional role blending strategic advisory with hands-on sales execution. You will lead the full sales lifecycle from identifying prospects to developing and delivering compelling pitches and ultimately closing deals. We are looking for someone with 5 years of experience within sales and agency work for this role.
Skills & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Prospect and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Securing new business utilising both research and personal network.
- Manage inbound enquiries in collaboration with the wider team.
- Provide strategic advisory support to both internal teams and clients.
- Monitor industry trends and offer creative actionable insights.
- Manage and participate in new business pitches and presentations.
- Create strong client cases that position Redgert Comms as a top-tier agency partner.
- Network and research relevant companies including start-ups scale-ups and established players.
- Proactively identify client opportunities that align with Redgert Commsexpertise.
- Manage projects and production as needed including tracking and reporting.
- Develop campaign concepts based on current industry trends relevant cultural conversations and cross-division synergies.
Objectives
- Drive overall agency income growth in line with annual budget targets.
- Win new clients whilst strengthening and expanding relationships with existing partners.
- Grow the volume and scope of projects across key market segments.
