DHA Overview
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is a joint integrated Combat Support Agency that enables the Army Navy and Air Force medical services to provide a medically ready force and a ready medical force to Combatant Commands during peacetime and wartime. Position Overview
Pantheon Data is seeking a dedicated Junior Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in advancing enterprise workforce planning and organizational analysis across the Military Health System (MHS). The Junior Analyst will contribute to requirements analysis by collecting modeling and interpreting data to inform staffing strategies optimize workforce alignment and strengthen organizational planning. Working under general supervision the analyst will apply structured methodologies assess the impact of policy and industry trends and translate findings into actionable documentation for stakeholders at multiple levels across DHA.
Responsibilities
- Support analyst functions under general supervision including workforce data collection modeling and validation.
- Apply analytic techniques to evaluate the impact of industry standards policy changes and best practices on DHA workforce requirements.
- Translate complex data findings into clear concise documents and presentations suitable for stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Prepare disseminate and safeguard official workforce documentation in accordance with DHA and DoD standards.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Experience
- Associates Degree or Higher in Business Management or Human Resources.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience conducting workforce requirements analysis or similar analytics.
- Knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address clients needs.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook Word Excel SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Clearance Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Work Location: Remote - Falls Church VA
*The Government reserves the right to change where this work will be performed and light travel may be requested occasionally based on government requirements. Ideal cities and states with access to Government facilities are: Falls Church VA Washington DC San Antonio TX and Aurora CO.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $75000 - $100000. This is not however a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather salary will be set based on experience geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
