Located in one of Atlantas most prestigious neighborhoods this 42-story tower has over 200 rooms (127 guest rooms plus residences) over 10000 square feet of meeting space and 3 food and beverage outlets.This includes the 3-meal restaurant bar and in-room dining.
In this role you will report directly to the Restaurant Manager.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess flexible availability including evenings and weekends. They will also have at least three years of prior experience in Food and Beverage with at least one year of supervisory experience. The team is ideally seeking a motivated individual who possess the experience to lead and coach their team members. Experience with Forbes standards of service or in fine dining will elevate any applicable resume.
What will I be doing
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you would be responsible for assisting in the daily management of activities and services of Brassica (Restaurant & Bar) and In-Room Dining in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
