As a Restaurant Manager you will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
- Strong background in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to create exceptional guest experiences.
- Hands-on experience with Hiring and team management to build develop and mentor a high-performing team.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact and resolve issues with customers staff and vendors.
- Expertise in Food & Beverage operations to ensure quality standards and menu execution are consistently maintained.
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
- Experience as a restaurant or food service industry manager is mandatory.
