Play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and contributing to the delivery of high-quality health services across the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network.
About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant you will provide professional confidential and high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director Community & Allied Health and other senior staff as required. This role is central to ensuring effective communication coordination and workflow across the directorate.
You will manage executive correspondence and enquiries coordinate meetings and conferences prepare agendas minutes briefings and reports and maintain executive diaries. The role also includes liaison with internal and external stakeholders word processing of confidential documents arranging travel and official functions and maintaining effective records and office systems.
In addition you will contribute to continuous improvement of administrative services assist with finance and procurement activities support videoconferencing and digital meeting coordination and work collaboratively as part of the RMCLHN Administrative Team. Cultural sensitivity confidentiality and a strong customer-focused approach are integral to the role along with a commitment to workplace health safety and infection control requirements.
