We are seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant ready to accelerate their career and support the highly successful Managing Director Urban Planning based in our Sydney CBD office.
The ideal candidate will have extensive administrative experience and thrive in a fast-paced challenging environment. This permanent role requires someone who brings a proactive can do attitude and excels in a high-performance dynamic team setting.
In this key support role you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks which include:
- Comprehensive diary management and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Managing correspondence including emails phone calls and written communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Preparing documentation such as correspondence presentations agendas and minutes.
- Coordinating travel arrangements expenses and credit card reconciliations.
- Supporting people and engagement initiatives in partnership with the People & Performance and National Operations teams.
- Assisting with the coordination of client and staff events.
- Maintaining accurate records filing systems and CRM data.
- Providing broader office and operational support as required.
Qualifications :
To meet the requirements of this busy role you have experience in a similar role and bring the following skills:
- 4 years experience in a similar Executive Assistant or senior administration role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Adobe InDesign is highly advantageous.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
- Working with minimal supervision.
- Professional communication skills.
- Proactive in supporting and adding value to the team.
