Job Summary

Lead the development negotiation and management of subcontract agreements with vendors and third-party service providers.
Conduct due diligence on potential subcontractors including financial stability compliance and performance history assessments.
Ensure all subcontracting activities comply with company policies industry regulations and legal requirements.
Monitor subcontractor performance through KPIs delivery timelines quality standards and safety compliance.
Coordinate with project procurement and operations teams to align subcontracting plans with project schedules and budgets.
Manage contract variations claims and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of all subcontracting documentation including contracts change orders and performance reports.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization process improvement and supplier consolidation.
Facilitate regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with key subcontractors.
Support audits and internal/external compliance checks related to subcontracting activities.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Supply Chain Management or a related field.
510 years of progressive experience in subcontract management procurement or contract administration within industrial/manufacturing environments.
Proven track record in managing high-value subcontract agreements and vendor performance.
Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in contract lifecycle management risk assessment and compliance frameworks.
Experience with ERP systems and contract management software (e.g. SAP Oracle Ariba).
Knowledge of Indian contract law GST regulations and safety standards (e.g. OSHA ISO).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced results-oriented environment with attention to detail.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
