Our Big Pharma client is in search of a HR Operations Specialist to join their business unit in Hungary. The new colleague will fulfill a complex position in the HR field both in the Hungarian and international environment. They will have full visibility into the HR scope actively engaging within their area of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Coordination with the payroll provider payroll calendar management and handling tasks via the ticket system (requiring patience and experience with such systems).
- System Management: Maintaining employee data supporting payroll and handling compensation-related processes.
- Compensation & Benefits: Supporting salary increase preparations cost planning reward planning and general CompBen tasks.
- Contractor & Student Workforce Management: Handling contractor and student employment including payroll and administrative tasks.
- Employee Wellbeing Initiatives: Supporting and coordinating Wellbeing Week and other employee engagement programs.
- EHS Coordination: Collaborating with the global EHS team on various safety and health campaigns.
- Fleet Management: Overseeing company vehicles in the region (Adriatic) coordinating orders and managing operations locally.
- Global Procurement & Vendor Management: Managing tenders (e.g. broker tenders healthcare telecommunication contracts) liaising with vendors and legal teams and coordinating with Polish-based procurement teams.
- Recruitment Operations: Supporting the restructuring of recruitment working with external agencies and integrating multiple recruitment partners.
- Labor Administration & Compliance: Handling employment contracts onboarding offboarding and compliance-related HR matters.
- IT & Facilities Support: Assisting with IT equipment procurement office communications and introducing new employees internally.
- Cross-functional HR Support: Collaborating with the distributor companys HR team and potentially supporting clinical teams in coordination with their business partner.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree or equivalent in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR operations including payroll administration and compensation & benefits.
- Background in multinational environments and experience in managing HR through a Shared Service Supported operations model.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
