Sales Operations Specialist

Main Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather sales data from various sources ERP systems / SFA tools interacting with the sales team trade channels and other relevant databases.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create / work with external vendors reports dashboards and visualizations to present sales data and insights to the sales team and management.
• Trend Identification: Analyse sales data to identify trends patterns and insights related to sales performance customer behaviour and market dynamics.
• Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts based on historical data market trends and other relevant factors.
• Performance Measurement: Track key sales performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor sales performance against goals and targets.
• Strategic Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales strategies increase revenue and enhance sales performance.
• Collaboration: Work with sales teams marketing teams and other stakeholders to implement sales strategies and achieve business goals.

Experience

• 2-3 Years

Other skills (Computer Skills etc)

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using data analysis tools CRM platforms and data visualization software like MS Excel Power point Power BI basic understanding of ERP systems & SFA tools is mandatory.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data identify trends and draw conclusions.  Strong understanding of statistics mathematics and other quantitative concepts will be of added advantage.
• Data Interpretation: Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate findings & follow up on actionable with stakeholders especially the sales team.
• Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify problems analyse root causes and develop solutions.
