What youll do
Build strong partnership with Controls business functional stakeholders; Collaborate with business functional partners and technology leadership to define strategic and tactical roadmap of ERP Digital Capabilities today in Controls SAP and SAP PowerMax and longer-term in Cloud-native ERP.
Responsible for driving scope practices and overall IT strategy for the central Finance processes including but not limited to Controls SAP and SAP PowerMax. Develop Target process model & solution design for business functions to provide productivity and drive alignment across all affected functional stakeholders applying lean methodology and emerging technologies (AI).
Proactively and holistically lead consult and/or oversee multiple engagements across the Power Enterprise Solutions IT organization in response to disruptive trends and execution of change toward the desired business vision and outcomes
Lead research and evaluation of emerging technology including Agentic and Generative AI industry and market trends to assist in project development for the Enterprise Solutions team.
Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes data sources data models systems and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework.
Act as the subject matter expert for Heavy Duty New Units ERP processes and supporting applications functionality. Gather requirements and collaborate with functional partners for prioritizations to drive the business outcome.
Drive ERP landscape simplification by collaborating with other value stream leaders as well as Data Lake reporting and Finance ecosystems.Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes data sources data models systems and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework.
Collaborate cross-functionally working with a variety of teams to identify and prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes and our business users in more efficient and effective ways. Demonstrate ability to influence functional and development partners through credible knowledge and experience persuasion and influencing skills.
What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science Technology Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
A minimum of 10 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas.
