Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant
Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 remote no exceptions).
Overview: Hands-on technical role for new Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. Focus: coding integrations reporting development. Technical screening required.
Required Experience:
- 10 yrs Systems Analyst/Developer (min. 3 yrs Oracle HCM: Core HR Payroll Comp Recruiting Talent Benefits Retirement)
- 2 full-cycle HCM Cloud implementations (7 yrs Cloud)
- OIC: 7 yrs
- OTBI/BIP reports: 7 yrs
- Mentoring: 3 yrs
- SQL: 5 yrs
- Python: Highly desired (3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design BRDs & RICEW objects
- Build OIC integrations
- Develop OTBI/BIP reports
- Handle data conversions (HDL Extracts UCM MFT)
- Customize pages formulas workflows roles
- Lead testing training cutover post-go-live
- Provide technical guidance
Core Skills:
- SQL/PL/SQL XML JavaScript Web Services
- HCM tables & integration patterns
- Page personalization (Sandbox Redwood OGL)
- SFTP & Recruitment Booster familiarity
