Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with extensive experience in Salesforce development particularly in Apex and Visualforce. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and be proficient in creating custom applications on the Salesforce platform. This role requires strong leadership abilities analytical skills and a passion for delivering high quality technical solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers in the design development and implementation of Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce.
Oversee the integration of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud into existing systems and ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into effective technical solutions.
Utilize Salesforce tools for data management and integration ensuring data integrity and security.
Guide the team in adopting Salesforce Lightning components and the Lightning Design System to create intuitive user interfaces.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices implementing them as necessary.
Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Mandatory Skills

Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce for custom application development.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and the Lightning Design System.
Adept at using Salesforce development tools for integration and data management.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and third party integrations.
Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java or JavaScript.
Experience in leading cross functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Developer Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
7 10 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Financial Service Cloud.
Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
