About the Role:
We are hiring a Payroll & Administration Manager to lead endtoend payroll operations across APAC and oversee HR administration in Workday. This role requires strong managerial experience and handson ADP/Workday expertise. You will partner with country payroll providers ensure compliance drive operational excellence and support continuous improvement across processes and systems.
How youll make an impact
- Lead timely and accurate payroll processing across APAC including wage calculations statutory deductions taxes and reconciliations.
- Ensure payroll audits are completed and that submissions meet defined SLAs.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies; implement preventive controls and improve accuracy efficiency and colleague experience.
- Serve as the primary liaison with country payroll partners to resolve queries align on timelines and maintain service standards across the region.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless payroll delivery.
- Own Workday administration for payrolllinked actions (new hire rehire exits compensation changes time and absence delegations change requests).
- Ensure data accuracy compliance and governance across all transactions.
- Maintain and safeguard payroll records in line with APAC regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Support audit activities and readiness initiatives.
- Lead coach and guide payroll team members.
- Foster a culture of collaboration performance excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with PSC People Technology and Finance to streamline workflows and optimize Workday configurations.
- Support document generation approvals and specialist processes such as retiree payroll administration.
What we look for:
- 6 years of payroll experience preferably with APAC multicountry exposure.
- 6 years of handson Workday experience across key HR functions (hire exit time absence compensation payrollrelated actions).
- Proven experience collaborating with external payroll vendors and country partners.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills with a track record of improving processes and delivering operational excellence.
- Handson knowledge of ADP products (preferred) and a strong understanding of APAC payroll regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to lead coach and influence in a global matrixed environment.
