We are seeking a full time Quality and Improvement Advisor to provide team coverage for a fixed term period contributing to key improvement projects within CHLs Quality and Improvement Framework. This pivotal role that will help achieve quality outcomes across the broader organisation.

About the Role
As the Quality and Improvement Advisor you will play a key role in strengthening organisational performance and service delivery by supporting the implementation and ongoing maturity of CHLs Quality and Improvement Framework.
Working collaboratively across the organisation you will analyse current processes identify opportunities for improvement and lead quality and process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes. You will facilitate workshops contribute to continuous improvement projects support compliance activities and help embed best-practice quality standards including ISO 9001:2015.
This is a hands-on influential role suited to someone who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders balancing analytical thinking with practical implementation and contributing to meaningful outcomes aligned with CHLs vision of a world without housing poverty.

Most importantly you are committed to improving organisational practice and enhancing outcomes for people accessing housing and support services.
Please note that a satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC)
