The Team

At S&P Global the team manages programs and initiatives that span across functions businesses and geographies to achieve strategic objectives. Creates project plans and monitors projects through governance structures. Manages relationships resolves conflicts and facilitates and manages the political aspects of stakeholder management. Develops business strategies techniques and tools to identify barriers to success and facilitate prevention strategies. Enables clients to improve ROI profitability market position and/or transform their operations/business.

What Were Looking For

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and an experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and composure. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end strategic programs from conceptualization to execution. The successful candidate will be able to recognize organizational needs plan appropriately achieve stakeholder buy-in and execute programs/projects with strong ownership. This is a dynamic highly people-facing role that requires strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and a collaborative approach to driving results.

Basic Qualifications/ Skill Set:

  • Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time.
  • Proven success executing programs projects and events.
  • Microsoft Outlook Excel PowerPoint and Word management skills.
  • Ability to have multiple projects and tasks in flight at once in various stages.
  • Ability to drive large-scale initiatives with many stakeholders with little direction or guidance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Know-how of technology; a candidate with program management or project management background will be preferred.
  • Project management event management and program management skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day program operations by maintaining calendars schedules and site-level documentation.
  • Prepare organize and update program-related documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Create compelling narratives for data storytelling using visual tools such as PowerPoint Canva etc.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as cross-divisional teams functions Facilities HR and Security to support smooth execution of program activities.
  • Assist in vendor coordination including communication scheduling and follow-ups at the site level.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to delivery teams; no direct people management responsibilities.
  • Managing strategic - written and verbal communication channels at site level.
  • Execute assigned tasks accurately and within defined timelines ensuring high standards of documentation integrity.
  • Use basic digital tools (e.g. Excel SharePoint workflow tools) to track activities and manage information.
  • Apply basic Gen AI tools for simple tasks such as summarizing content and formatting documents.
  • Adhere to established processes and quality standards while supporting operational efficiency.
