About the Role
We are seeking an INTERNATIONAL Personal Injury Claims Department Specialist to join our growing team. This position focuses on supporting personal injury claims from intake through resolution while working closely with attorneys insurers and clients.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in personal injury claims or legal case management strong English communication skills and the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle personal injury claims from intake to resolution
Communicate with clients insurance carriers medical providers and attorneys
Request review and organize medical records and claim documentation
Assist with claim evaluations and settlement processes
Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items
Maintain accurate case files and internal databases
Provide regular status updates to the claims and legal teams
Qualifications
2 years of experience in personal injury claims legal case management or a related field
Strong written and verbal English skills (required)
Must be located outside the United States
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
Experience working with U.S.-based firms or insurers is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work U.S. business hours or overlapping hours
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
