Reservations Agent Italian & English Speaker
Location: Malta (On-Site)

Your Role:
Join our dynamic Contact Centre team as a Reservations Agent where youll be the first point of contact for customers in need of travel solutions delivering exceptional service and seamless booking experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to maximize sales support our customers and work in a multilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert incoming calls and inquiries into successful reservations
- Meet & exceed set performance targets (sales call-handling quality)
- Deliver outstanding customer support efficiently tracking and assisting with on-request bookings
- Resolve complaints promptly & professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Share market insights to help enhance service quality
- Collaborate and support other markets by handling cross-market calls
- Maintain clear professional communication at all times
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 19:00
- 8-hour shifts (rotational)
- On-site in Malta
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Contact Centre (CCA) Rates:
- Month 1: 5.60 per hour
- Month 2: 8.10 per hour
- After probation: 8.50 per hour
- After 12 months: 8.75 per hour (performance-based)
- After 18 months: 9.20 per hour (performance-based)
- Performance Bonus: 2000 per year (pro-rated monthly eligible after 6 months)
- Commission: Sales-based eligible 2 months from Going Live
- Language Allowance: 85 per month

Requirements:
