As part of Solent Academies Trust Littlegreen Academy provides outstanding education for pupils aged 7-16 years with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs.
We are currently looking to recruit a Personal Development Assistant on a fixed term basis from September 2025 until 31st August 2026.
This role will be critical in supporting the pastoral/behaviour support across the school you will be first response to on call radio assistance.
You will need to be proactive highly organised and a strong communicator to deliver programmes of specific intervention to groups and individuals under the direction of the senior leaders.

The hours for this role are Monday Wednesday 8.15am 3.20pm Thursday 8.15am 3.20pm (8.15am-4.20 fortnightly) and Fridays 8.15am 2.05pm. You will work for 39 weeks of the year; however you will be paid for 45.1 weeks. Your salary will be paid over 12 months of the year.
