Job Summary
Are you a resilient Acute Care practitioner seeking a career that transcends the boundaries of traditional hospital nursing We are recruiting a VIP Yacht Nurse to provide dedicated 1:1 clinical management for an 80-year-old VIP. This position offers the rare privilege of delivering high-fidelity care within a private luxury environment while cruising the Mediterraneans most storied waters.
The Mission
Your primary focus is the continuous health monitoring and total advocacy of a single VIP patient. As the vessel navigates a sophisticated summer itineraryincluding Nice Sicily and the Aegean Seayou will ensure that hospital-grade clinical standards are seamlessly upheld whether at anchor in Monaco or exploring the historic coast of Crete.
The Medical Team
You will operate within a structured multi-disciplinary medical ecosystem designed for clinical excellence:
Lead British Doctor: Providing 24/7 governance and long-term medical strategy.
Specialist Physiotherapists: Dedicated to the patients physical rehabilitation and daily mobility.
Western-Trained Nursing Team: A collaborative cohort of elite peers ensuring absolute continuity of care.
The Safety Protocol
To prioritize patient safety and professional sustainability the medical department operates a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. This ensures you always have a qualified partner for clinical support and guarantees structured rest periods allowing you to maintain peak vigilance throughout the rotation.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-standard university.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is mandatory.
Language: Native-level or C1 English proficiency.
Attributes: Intellectual curiosity absolute discretion and a refined professional manner suitable for the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) sector.
