Essential Functions

The Laser Center of Corals Gables surgeons are highly skilled sought-out experts with more than 30 years of LASIK experience who are committed to delivering a superior eye care experience. We offer more services to patients than just LASIKwe also perform corneal collagen cross-linking and refractive lens surgery with a variety of premium IOLs to meet patient needs and desires. Were looking for a LASIK Clinical Director excited to join forces with our highly regarded practice this role youll perform consults pre-and post-op care help plan surgical treatments and promote TLC to referring doctors. Youll have access to our sister ophthalmology practice for any LASIK candidates that need testing or a referral to one of our cornea glaucoma retina refractive or oculoplastic specialists. Youll work Monday through Friday at our Coral Gables office.

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Have a Doctorate in Optometry and a current license to practice in the state of Florida

Demonstrate superior patient care clinical expertise communication interpersonal skills leadership skills and a team-player mentalityHave refractive knowledge and an understanding of basic marketing principles

Keen ability to identify the most important clinical needs of the center & look for ways to integrate new techniques and innovations that ensure were continuing to deliver superior patient care and services

The compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.
