We are seeking an experienced Intake Director to lead and optimize our intake department. This role is responsible for overseeing daily intake operations managing staff performance improving conversion rates and ensuring an exceptional client experience from the first point of contact. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a data-driven mindset and a deep understanding of legal intake processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead manage and mentor the intake team to ensure high performance and accountability
Develop implement and refine intake processes and workflows
Monitor call metrics lead conversion rates and overall intake performance
Train and coach team members on best practices scripting and client communication
Collaborate with firm leadership to align intake strategy with business goals
Ensure compliance with firm policies and applicable regulations
Evaluate and recommend intake technology CRM tools and reporting improvements
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in legal intake with leadership or management experience preferred
Strong understanding of intake metrics KPIs and conversion optimization
Excellent communication coaching and organizational skills
Ability to manage a team in a hybrid or remote environment
Experience with CRM and intake software (e.g. Filevine Clio Litify or similar)
Self-motivated detail-oriented and results driven
