Job Description
As Export Service Manager you will be the go-to expert for our international partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to export distributors with efficiency and professionalism.
- Analyzing recurring field issues and sharing insights with internal teams and factories.
- Acting as a liaison between distributors and factories to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enhancing local expertise through regular visits and training sessions.
- Driving after-sales growth in collaboration with our Parts Business Unit.
- Overseeing technical training programs and related activities.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and preparing service performance reports for distributors.
- Contributing to the annual service strategy alongside the Export Director.
- Managing service activities for direct international sales.
